1. John chapter 14 verse 16: "And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you forever."
2. Gospel of John chapter 15 verse 26: "But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me." 3. Gospel of John chapter 16 verse 7: "Nevertheless I tell you the truth; it is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you". "Ahmed" or "Muhammad" meaning "the one who praises" or "the praised one" is almost the translation of the Greek word Periclytos. In the Gospel of John 14:16, 15:26, and 16:7. The word 'Comforter' is used in the English translation for the Greek word Paracletos which means advocate or a kind friend rather than a comforter. Paracletos is the warped reading for Periclytos. Jesus (pbuh) actually prophesied Ahmed by name. Even the Greek word Paraclete refers to the Prophet (pbuh) who is a mercy for all creatures. Some Christians say that the Comforter mentioned in these prophecies refers to the Holy Spirit. They fail to realize that the prophecy clearly says that only if Jesus (pbuh) departs will the Comforter come. The Bible states that the Holy Spirit was already present on earth before and during the time of Jesus (pbuh), in the womb of Elizabeth, and again when Jesus (pbuh) was being baptized, etc. Hence this prophecy refers to none other than Prophet Muhammad (saw). 4. Gospel of John chapter 16 verse 12-14: "I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now. Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth is come, he will guide you unto all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come. He shall glorify me". [Jesus is mentioned in the Quran more than Muhammad (saw) and Muhammad glorifys Jesus and his return in the end times]. The Spirit of Truth, spoken about in this prophecy refers to none other than Prophet Muhammad (saw) Dr. Zakir Naik

O ye who believe! Believe in Allah and His Apostle, and the scripture which He hath sent to His Apostle and the scripture which He sent to those before (him). Any who denieth Allah, His Angels, His Books, His Apostles, and the Day of Judgement, hath gone far, far astray (4:136).
We believe in Allah, and in what has been revealed to us and what was revealed to Abraham, Ismail, Isaac, Jacob, and the Tribes, and in (the Books) given to Moses, Jesus, and the Prophets, from their Lord: We make no distinction between one and another among them (3:84). 2/ The Torah that was given to Moses, and the Gospel that was given to Jesus, are the scriptures that the Jews and Christians now possess: Those who follow the Messenger (Muhammed s.a.w), the Prophet who can neither read nor write, whom they will find described in the Torah and the Gospel (which are) with them (7:157). It is mentioned in the book of Isaiah chapter 29 verse 12: "And the book is delivered to him that is not learned, saying, Read this, I pray thee: and he saith, I am not learned." When Archangel Gabrail commanded Muhammad (pbuh) by saying Iqra - "Read", he replied, "I am not learned". Almighty God speaks to Moses in Book of Deuteronomy chapter 18 verse 18: "I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren, like unto thee, and I will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him." The Christians say that this prophecy refers to Jesus (pbuh) because Jesus (pbuh) was like Moses (pbuh). Moses (pbuh) was a Jew, as well as Jesus (pbuh) was a Jew. Moses (pbuh) was a Prophet and Jesus (pbuh) was also a Prophet. If these two are the only criteria for this prophecy to be fulfilled, then all the Prophets of the Bible who came after Moses (pbuh) such as Solomon, Isaiah, Ezekiel, Daniel, Hosea, Joel, Malachi, John the Baptist, etc. (pbut) will fulfill this prophecy since all were Jews as well as prophets. However, it is Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) who is like Moses (pbuh): i) Both had a father and a mother, while Jesus (pbuh) was born miraculously without any male intervention. [Mathew 1:18 and Luke 1:35 and also Al-Qur'an 3:42-47]ii)Both were married and had children. Jesus (pbuh) according to the Bible did not marry nor had children.iii) Both died natural deaths. Jesus (pbuh) has been raised up alive. (4:157-158) Muhammad (pbuh) is from among the brethren of Moses (pbuh). Arabs are brethren of Jews. Abraham (pbuh) had two sons: Ishmail and Isaac (pbut). The Arabs are the descendants of Ishmail (pbuh) and the Jews are the descendants of Isaac (pbuh). And when there cometh unto them (Jews) a Scripture (the Qur'an) from Allah, confirming that in their possession (2:89). Thus, the Qur'an is not referring to scripture that Jews and Christians use to possess in the past, but now are lost. Rather, the Torah given to Moses, and the Gospel given to Jesus, is the scripture that is with them (the Christians and Jews) and in their possession at the time of Muhammad. 3/ The Qur'an teaches that it confirms and explains more fully the previous scripture:This Quran is not such as can be produced by other than Allah; on the contrary it is a confirmation of (revelations) that went before it, and a fuller explanation of the Book (10:37). Thus, the Qur'an sees itself as the guardian of the message of all scripture: To thee We sent the scripture in truth, confirming the scripture that came before it, and guarding it in safety (5:48). It remains in Arabic unchanged and memorized by millions who could reproduce it to the letter and this is one form of protecting it... A very important section of the Qur'an which deals with the scripture of the Jews and Christians and their relation to the Qur'an is Surah 5:43-49. These verses record how Jews came to Muhummad s.a.w to ask him for a decision, and it tells the answer he was to give them. How come they (come) unto thee (Muhammad) for judgment when they have the Torah, wherein Allah hath delivered judgment (for them)? ... Lo! We did reveal the Torah, wherein is guidance and a light ... And We caused Jesus, son of Mary, to follow in their footsteps, confirming that which was (revealed) before him in the Torah, and We bestowed on him the Gospel wherein is guidance and a light, confirming that which was (revealed) before it in the Torah - a guidance and an admonition unto those who ward off (evil). Let the People of the Gospel judge by that which Allah hath revealed therein. Whoso judgeth not by that which Allah hath revealed: such are evil-livers. And unto thee (Muslims) have We revealed the Scripture (the Qur'an) with the truth, confirming whatever Scripture was before it, and a watcher over it. So judge between them by that which Allah hath revealed, and follow not their desires away from the truth which hath come unto thee. For each We have appointed a divine law and a traced-out way. Had Allah willed He could have made you one community. But that He may try you by that which He hath given you (He hath made you as ye are). So vie one with another in good works. Unto Allah ye will all return, and He will then inform you of that wherein ye differ. (5:43-48). How many today who claim to be Jewish or Christian follow what has been given them in good character and deeds for the benefit of humanity? Instead, we find the same today as was the case during the time of the prophet s.a.w. where accusers were in denial of the Quran although they knew it to be true, while also not practicing upon that which they themselves proclaimed to be from Allah/God... Say: "O People of the Book! Ye have no ground to stand upon unless ye stand fast by the Law, the Gospel, and all the revelation that has come to you from your Lord" (5:71). How can the Jew or Christian, stand fast by the Law and the Gospel, if the Law and the Gospel have been corrupted or abrogated by their own hand? Again, the Qur'an is pointing to the scripture they had in the time of Prophet Muhammad s.a.w. who was referring them back Christians and Jews to the recognition of their reliable word of God which the Quran was confirming. In the following verse the Books of Moses are referred to as being a reliable source (in the time of the last prophet) of God's warning: Nay, is he not acquainted with what is in the books of Moses (53:36). Thus, there is no excuse for the one who ignores it. A Muslim is instructed, Say: "Bring ye the Law and study it, if ye be men of truth" (3:93) again 1st of the ten commandments against the Christians and the prophecy of Muhammad s.a.w. in the Torah which the Jews no is true. How can he bring the Law and study it to determine the truth if it has been corrupted or abrogated by their own hands? This scripture must be reliable to make such a command. The same assumption is also seen in the following verse: And they say: "None shall enter Paradise unless he be a Jew or a Christian." Those are their (vain) desires. Say: "Produce your proof if ye are truthful" (2:111). Christians love to use the verses of Jesus who says, " he is the truth the way and light", however they take the verse for its textual content while ignoring the contextual meaning...ALL PROPHETS WERE THE WAY, TRUTH AND THE LIGHT that led to the correct way of attaining the heavenly home. Since following the prophet(s) and their guidance would put us in line with the commandments of the creator we would therefore being doing what is just. Christians who came from a Greek or Roman background, have misused many terms & words from the wrong interpretation of translation, ignoring completely the rules in Semitic language and the context of usage. As a result the faith has strayed further and further away misleading millions of people... In their heritage, ‘son of God’ signified an incarnation of a god or someone born of a physical union between male and female gods. This can be seen in Acts 14: 11-13:
where we read that when Paul and Barnabas preached in a city of Turkey, pagans claimed they were gods incarnate. Furthermore, the New Testament Greek word translated as ‘son’ are ‘pias’ and ‘paida’ which mean ‘servant,’ or ‘son in the sense of servant.’ These are translated to ‘son’ in reference to Jesus and ‘servant’ in reference to all others in some translations of the Bible. So, consistent with other verses, Jesus was merely saying that he is God’s servant. Additional problems with Trinity To a christian, God had to take human form to understand temptation and human suffering, but the concept is not based on any clear words of Jesus. In contrast, God does not need to be tempted and suffer in order to be able to understand and forgive man’s sins, for He is the all knowing Creator of man. This is expressed in the verse: ‘And the Lord said: ‘I have surely seen the affliction of My people that are in Egypt, and I have heard their cry because of their taskmasters; for I know their pains.’ (Exodus 3:7) ‘And there is no God else beside Me; a just God and a Savior; there is none beside Me. Look to Me, and be saved, all the ends of the earth; for I am God, and there is none else.’ (Isaiah 45:21-22, Jonah 3:5-10) There has never been a need for the so-called intercession role Jesus plays in attaining atonement. The facts speak for themselves. There is no truth to the Christian belief that Jesus died for our sins and salvation is only through Jesus. What about the salvation of people before Jesus? Jesus’ death brings neither atonement from sin, nor is it in any way a fulfillment of biblical prophecy. Christians claim that in the birth of Jesus, there occurred the miracle of the incarnation of God in the form of a human being. To say that God became truly a human being invites a number of questions. Let us ask the following about the man-God Jesus. What happened to his foreskin after his circumcision (Luke 2:21)?21 [And when eight days were accomplished for the circumcising of the child, his name was called Jesus, which was so named of the angel before he was conceived in the womb]. God is not a man’ (Numbers 23:19)[God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good]? ‘For I am God, and not man’ (Hosea 11:9) Jesus is called a man many times in the Bible ‘a man who has told you the truth’ (John 8:40) ‘Jesus the Nazarene, a man attested to you by God with miracles and wonders and signs which God performed through Him in your midst, just as you yourselves know.’ (Acts 2:22) ‘He will judge the world in righteousness through a man whom He has appointed’ (Acts 17:31) ‘the man Christ Jesus’ (Tim. 2:5)
The question is why is it that such clear proof is denied? Are Christians not reading the bible themselves and relying on the interpretations of these misleading Ministers are clearly use the words in wrong ways...Jesus spoke to a man who had called him ‘good,’ asking him, ‘Why do you call me good? No one is good except God alone.’ (Luke 18:19) And he said to him, ‘Why are you asking me about what is good? There is only One who is good; but if you wish to enter into life, keep the commandments.’ (Matthew 19:17) If Jesus had been telling people that he was God, he would have complimented the man. Instead, Jesus rebuked him, denying he was good, that is, Jesus denied he was God; So what is the first of those commandments that Christians utterly dismiss? "I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of Egypt, out of the land of slavery." 3 “You shall have no other gods before[a] me. 4 “You shall not make for yourself an image in the form of anything in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the waters below. 5 You shall not bow down to them or worship them [those graven images]; for I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God, punishing the children for the sin of the parents[Because of blind following weakened faith mislead later generations] , to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me, 6 but showing love to a thousand generations of those who love me and keep my commandments. This is truly the meaning behind the sins of the father (parents) visiting the children...Many people believe that religion is something that is inherited or passed on from the parents to the child, and although the notion it implies of coming from the parent as something good its not. There have countless generations who fell into misguidance of idol worship and violating this 1st commandment of the Creator {which is the most severe crime against the creator} and thereby their wrongs and denial of the prophets raised among them (those nations) to warn them and guide them back to monotheism they were destroyed. History paints this events as "Mother Nature" in other words natural events of the earth of weather patterns of circumstance...This is another form of denial in & of itself; for the creator is in control of everything.
Disciples did not believe Jesus was God
The Acts of the Apostles in the Bible details the activity of the disciples over a period of thirty years after Jesus was raised to heaven. Throughout this period, they never referred to Jesus as God. For instance Peter stood up with the eleven disciples and addressed a crowd saying: ‘Men of Israel, listen to this: Jesus of Nazareth was a man accredited by God to you by miracles, wonders and signs, which God did among you through him, as you yourselves know.’ (Acts 2:22) For Peter, Jesus was a servant of God (confirmed in Matthew 12:18) ‘The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, the God of our fathers, has glorified his servant Jesus.’ (Acts 3:13) ‘God raised up his servant’ (Acts 3:26) ‘We must obey God rather than men! The God of our fathers raised Jesus’ (Acts 5:29-30) The disciples prayed to God just as they were commanded by Jesus in Luke 11:2, and considered Jesus to be God’s servant. ‘they raised their voices together in prayer to God. ‘Sovereign Lord,’ they said, ‘you made the heaven and the earth and the sea, and everything in them.’ (Acts 4:24) ‘your holy servant {like all Prophets are referred} Jesus, whom you anointed.’ (Acts 4:27) ‘of Your holy servant Jesus.’ (Acts 4:30) ‘I am indeed a servant of God.’ (Quran 19:30) Some how again through terminology Christians misuse these terms in satisfying this false attributions to Jesus. For example the term "Anointed"... a·nointəˈnoint/ verb gerund or present participle: anointing smear or rub with oil, typically as part of a religious ceremony. "high priests were anointed with oil" synonyms:consecrate, bless, ordain; formal hallow "he was anointed and crowned" From the definition itself anyone can see that it doesn't carry any divinity to its usage; instead it is stating Jesus (Eesa ibn Mariam a.s.) as a blessed soul who was chosen by the creator to be one of his special servants/spirits {another term used to indicate the righteousness of his prophet(s)}. These malpractices of terminology HAS to be something non-Semitic speakers need to come to understanding with allowing themselves to let go of the arrogance's or pride in remaining as they have in order to preserve a tremendous lie. Something else that should be paid close attention to is the understanding that the Jews have. The Jews who are Semitic speakers have a fair better understanding of scripture than do Christians who are largely mislead by language and adaptive pagan practices into their faith. However, understanding (the Jews) arrogance of anger of Allah's last prophet s.a.w. as distinguished them apart and this compels their hatred until this day. Jewish tribes in Arabia The word Jew doesn't describe an ethnic group as many people come to consider today; instead it defines more so those who had converted to the faith of Musa a.s. (Moses). Adapting the language of Hebrew, they today (the Jew) claim the ethnicity but it is clear that they are not. With the prophecy of Eesa Ibn Mariam a.s. about the last messenger who was to come after him who name is "AHMAD", WHICH TRANSLATES TO ARAMAIC AS "COMFORTER" GREEK "PARACLETOS"; led the tribes of Jews to Arabia where they settled to await the last prophet, because they knew Ahmad was a name of Arab origin. Some of the Jewish tribes of Arabia historically attested include:
Christians and Jews are mentioned in the Qur'an as the custodians of scripture {having received it prior with their prophets} : For to them was entrusted the protection of Allah's Book (5:47). God gave the scripture to the Christians and Jews so that they could make known to the whole world and every nation the true knowledge of God: And remember Allah took a Covenant from the People of the Book, to make it known and clear to mankind, and not to hide it (3:187). In the case of hiding it they sought to distort the truth and or change it as they have done with the Torah & Gospels to the point that the original revelations are lost. Those revelations were separate, hundreds of years apart and in different languages Hebrew & Aramaic respectively; but today the bible is regarded Gods word... Some of the Jews and Christians fulfilled this mission, others did not. Just as there are faithful and unfaithful Muslims so too the Qur'an distinguishes between the faithful and the unfaithful Christians and Jews. Some of the reasons Allah gives for their misuse of Scripture as well as their reasoning... 1/ Concealing the truth of the scripture: Who is more unjust than those who conceal the testimony they have from Allah?' (2:140). 2/ Teaching falsely and forgetting what they had heard from their scripture: There is among them a section who distort the Book with their tongues: (As they read) you would think it is a part of the Book, but it is no part of the Book; and they say, "That is from Allah," but it is not from Allah (3:78). They change words from their context and forget a part of that whereof they were admonished (5:13). 3/ Wanting profit from the scriptures:And remember Allah took a Covenant from the People of the Book, to make it known and clear to mankind, and not to hide it; but they threw it away behind their backs, and purchased with it some miserable gain! And vile was the bargain they made! (3:187) 4/ Some of the Jews who were transgressors and did not know the Book wrote false scripture: But the transgressors changed the word from that which had been given them (2:59). Among them are unlettered folk who know the Scripture not except from hearsay. They but guess. Therefore woe be unto them who write the Scripture with their hands and then say, "This is from Allah," that they may purchase a small gain therewith (2:78-79). The same religion has He established for you as that which He enjoined on Noah ... and that which We enjoined on Abraham, Moses, and Jesus (42:13) |
